This is a rare chance to own one of Paul Johnson's Venus 42 gaff-rigged ketches of which there are about ten worldwide. The design is based on that of a Colin Archer adapted for long distance cruising.

'Gwenili' is a beautiful classic gaff rigged yawl, very much admired. Built in France, 1910, by A la Gorce Fils at Bordeaux Bastide. LOD 38ft 2ins draft 5ft, beam 9ft 10ins waterline 32ft 6ins Displacement 11.8 tons.

18' clinker day boat built by Harry Feltham of Portsmouth in 1934. Elm planking on Canadian rock elm timbers. Gunter rigged with spruce spars. In same ownership since 1955 with extensive, documented restorations in mid 1980’s and again in 2003.

'Wendy May' is a 25ft 6ins gaff cutter, designed by Maurice Griffiths and built in 1936 at the Williams & Parkinson boatyard in Deganwy, North Wales. She is 8ft 5ins on the beam, draws 4ft 3ins and with her Oregon pine bowsprit shipped is 32ft long.

'Estren' is a Heard 23 based in Dartmouth. I have seen most of these boats over the years and in my opinion she is surely one of the best examples.

Built in 2001 at Mylor by Martin Heard, 'Ida' was the last of the Heard 35s. She sleeps six and has a fully equipped galley with hot and cold pumped water plus an Erbespacher central heating system. The saloon seats six around a lovely table.
