‘Martha Kathleen’ is a massively strong gaff ketch designed by Arthur Holt and built for my parents by Holt and James, Heybridge, in 1977. She was the third hull to that design, a beamy tradition boat with plenty of internal volume and excellent seagoing qualities.

Lily Lodestone was designed by Percy Dalton on the lines of the Falmouth Oyster Dredger. Hull and Deck are ferrocement. She hasa Bukh diesel engine 20hp, which is in running order. Her sails were made by JR Williams of Hamble.

'Laura' was built in 1900 for Joseph Henry Atkey, of Pascall Atkey & Son, arguably the oldest Yacht Chandlery in the UK at Cowes, IoW. Originally an open boat she was decked over in 1910.
