The show is where the Watercraft magazine Amateur Boat Building Awards (ABBA) are judged and the Makita Cordless Canoe Challenge is run.
The Trailer Section, together with the North Wales Area, runs a small stand promoting the OGA, attracting new members and selling OGA merchandise. We have a static display of our Gaffers and provide short sailing demonstrations on the lake. On the Saturday evening there might be an odd glass of wine or beer drunk for light refreshment and perhaps a song or two.
